BLACKGIRL INTERNATIONAL is composed of sites that are suggested by its readership. If you would like to recommend a site to be added, please fill out the form below and click the "Submit" click button once.
Please keep the following in mind when submitting a page:
- We only include sites of particular interest to black
women -- so please make it clear what about the site
pertains to black women or it may be rejected.
General-interest black sites may be considered for inclusion.
- We are not publishers. We only feature links to
Web sites; we don't publish press releases, articles, poetry,
news items, etc. If you have something you want published, by all
means get a homepage and publish it, and send us the link -- but don't
send us the content itself, because it will be ignored.
- We reserve the right to reject any submission
deemed unfit for inclusion for any reason. We also reserve the right
to include sites in different categories than were originally
suggested.
- We only list sites in one category. Even if you
think a site would be appropriate for more than one category, choose
the one that is best suited to it. Please only make one submit
require; do not make multiple requests with different categories.
- Do not submit sites that are not yet ready. We
will be happy to receive submissions for sites, but only when they are
fully functional. If the site is listed as "coming soon" or has a
pending launch date, please wait until it is ready before submitting
it.
- We do not automatically honor reciprocal links.
If you would like to link to us, by all means please do so. But
submissions are judged on their own merits; we do not require that
those linked from these pages have reciprocal links back, and
similarly will not automatically approve any site simply because it
has placed a link to us.
Submissions are usually processed within a week or so.
